Why is the traffic coming from this blog relevant:
- This blog/thread will attract designers and entrepreneurs. That is one of the target audience
- These are the ways we can introduce readers to Apric:
- What Figma did for design Files, we are doing for websites
- This audience would’ve made a lot of websites on Figma BUT would have struggled to actually develop them.
Flow:
- Amaze the reader with who Figma had beaten to be here
- How did they do it?: The user should gasp, that Figma is a fucking giant.
- Make the user realise the pain. Let the user empathise with the problem so they can feel like a user who has a problem that Figma would be solving.
- Warm up the user to the problem statement. Then, leave the user a little curious here. (Hint them that this was only a part of the problem: So that they read the article)
First Edit:
When Figma was launched, initially it had a cut-throat competition with two major players - Sketch and Adobe XD. What helped Figma to beat them and become the no. 1 design app?
The biggest pain point designers face on a day-to-day basis is collaboration with their teams.
Imagine:
There is no Figma. You want to make a change to a design file and shared it with others. You take hours to make the changes, save the 100 MB design file and take hours to upload it to the cloud.
